| Sierra Tower- Silver Gate Sept. |
| So what do you want to know? Now theres a puzzled expression. Siddown kid and I'll tell you the basics, or I would be here all night answering questions. Sierra Tower wasn't always a tower you know..... way back when they wouldn't let people drink, it was a pub... a speak easy would be more accurate. It was owned by the Glass Walkers, but it was frequented by both Garou and kin of most tribes, we all like a drink sometimes. Things grow and change, and it was bought up by a Japanese company, it was then it became Sierra Tower, but not the tower we know it as now. It was a business block. A wandering Silent Strider told the local Garou about its potential as a lost caern, and the Glass Walkers got together with some other tribes, including the Silver Fangs and promptly bought it. That was back in the 80's. For a time it was a thriving caern, they were older, wiser, and there was peace. That could not last, There was something rotten in the heart of the caern, and it manifested itself in the form of a wyrm spirit. The caern totem Coyote fled the caern, and 3 of the main elders died before the caern was finally destroyed. If you want to know more about that you can ask those that survived the fall. Oh you're lost on the layout? *chuckles* Well wouldn't want you walking into the caern heart when you're planning to go to the bathrooms. Its a public hotel, anyone can go and stay there. The hotel itself is the bawn area, it has camera's and heat sensors on the door's so the dead types get told to go take a walk by one of the security politely. The elevator goes up to all the levels of the hotel, but if you want to go up to the caern levels, you have to have a pass card. Once you get up there theres a floor with private board rooms, and living quaters where you can speak freely and meet up with others of your kind. A guardian stands just outside the elevator asking for introductions, and the floor above is passcoded (changes daily) and leads up to the holding cells, and the area of the caern that was destroyed. There is another entrance via the umbra, that is by the sewers, in the real world they don't align so well, but in the umbra it sticks to the older representation of the sewers and it is possible to get into the basement. There is usually an NPC guardian at the umbral entrance to the sewers. Spirits of the caern? *chuckles* well, I have to tell you.... the spirits that could flee about the time this thing decended.....did..... few that did stay are the quirky types, and the theurges are trying to call and convince others to come to them and do the same. |
