| Marin Co National Forest Rangers - A Garou/Kin based group of rangers that patrol and guard the National forest from natural and man made problems such as population problems, poaching, firesetting, wild animal attacks, disappearances in the forest. Helping to keep the forest free of the wyrm. Run by Edgar Rivers (Keeper of the land for Mitigawa Sept), applications go via Stacy to the office. (send an IC application form with all the relevant details you would put on to an application to be a ranger IRL to the Rangers egroup listed on the Egroup page. ) Marcelli's Nightclub. - All the staff in Marcelli's are either Garou or kinfolk. It is strongly influenced by the Glass Walkers given that the Don's family owns it, but it has kin of many tribes working there. At first it may seem that these people are only serving to entertain the masses on their over indulgence, but this bar runs a strictly no drugs policy, and it is a place where people can come and drink in relative safety without having to deal with abusive people who are soon shown the door. In this way, and others that would not be told outside of the family, they aid in the fight against the invading wyrm in the cities. Translation services - Niccoli Stone runs a small translation business. She invites both kinfolk and garou to join her in this task. She translates work mainly for businesses who need an interpreter for business meetings, but she also gets work translating texts for schools and universities and general use. This she does for the general public, but she gathers together linguists to help the Septs when they need help with texts they uncover. She is particularly looking for those who know the less commonly used languages so that if a text comes up that she cannot translate then they don't have to go outside of the Garou community to look for it. Her contact details are left with the septs. She also teaches garou and kin in the hopes of making them more aware of other cultures to help the Garou to be more tollerant of their cousins. |
