Deaf Teen's Education Support Programme (DTP)
Pusat Majudiri 'Y' (PMY) has been running Education Support Programme for deaf students (ESP) since year 1985. There are two programmes, Deaf Children Development (DCD) that serves Deaf students from primary school and Deaf Teenagers Development Programme (DTP) that serves Deaf students from secondary school.
Objectives of ESP:
- To lead deaf students to have fun in learning.
- To assist deaf students in improving their languages skills
- To assist deaf students in improving their mathematics skills
Subjects to be given assistance:
- Bahasa Malaysia - reading and writing
- English - reading and writing
- Mathematics
