BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

1 3/4 cups sifted flour

2 tbsp. sugar

2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

3/4 tsp. salt

1 well beaten egg

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup oil

1 cup fresh blueberries

Preparation:

Sift flour together with sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Make a well in the center, add egg, milk, and oil to moisten.

Add berries and stir to mix all ingredients.

Bake in greased muffin tin at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
