BLUEBERRY JAM

3 pints fresh blueberries

2 tbsp. lemon juice

4 cups of sugar

 

Preparation:

Crush fruit in an 8 quart pot; add 1 box Sure-Jell. Bring to a full boil; add juice and sugar quickly, stirring contantly. Return to full roiling boil. Skim foam. Fill jars quickly and seal according to directions in Sure-Jell box.
