Row 11: Ch 4; turn. Sk next dc, dc in next dc, *ch 1, sk next dc, dc in next dc*. Repeat from * across. Row 12: Ch 3; turn. Dc in each dc and ch sp across. (15 dc) Row 13-21: Ch 3; turn.
