Materials: Plastic bags cut into strips and joined (about 25 bags) Size J hook med/large elastic hair band 3/4� plastic ring (for hanger) Rnd 1: Attach plastic to hair band with sc. Work 29 more sc around, join to 1st sc. (30 sc) Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as dc now and throughout) dc in next sc, 2 dc in next, *dc in next 2 sc, 2 dc in next*, repeat from * around; join. (40 dc) Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in each dc around. Rnd 4-16: Repeat rnd 3. Rnd 17: Ch 3, *dc in next 6 dc, dc dec over next 2 dc*, repeat from * around; join. (35 dc) Rnd 18: Ch 3, dc in each dc around. Rnd 19: Ch 1, *sc in next 3 dc, sc next 2 dc tog*, repeat from * around; join. (28 sc) Rnd 20: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Rnd 21: Ch 1, *sc next 2 tog*, around; join. (14 sc) Rnd 22: Ch 1, sc around. Do not finish off. Hanger: Ch 1, sl st in same space. Now work 3 sc into the plastic ring, sl st into next sc on bag. Finish off and weave in ends.
