PMO-Davao has jurisdiction over all ports (government or
private) situated within Davao City and the provinces of Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur
and Davao Oriental. Terminal offices under the jurisdiction of PMO-Davao are the Baseport
Terminal Office (Sasa), Sta. Ana Sub-Office and terminal Management Office (TMO) of Mati.
