
SASA WHARF
The wharf is located at Km. 10, Sasa, Davao City, on the southeastern coast of Mindanao, between latitude of 7 05 North and longitude of 125 35 East. It is bounded on the east by the natural islands of Samal and Talikud along Pakiputan Strait of Davao Gulf.
Sasa Wharf is a combination of the old quay - a 515 m long reinforced concrete deck and the new quay - a 405 m long reclaimed land behind steel sheet piles, both catering to domestic and foreign-going vessels with conventional and containerized cargoes.
BERTHING : Old quay - 515m long x 18m wide, 4 berths and a design depth of 10.6m alongside. Fender system is made of V-type rubber dock fenders located at every 6 m distance. It has 9 mooring bollards and 11 mooring bitts.
New quay - 405m long x 35m wide reclaimed land behind steel sheet piles, 4 berths with a design depth of 10.6 m below MLLW. Fender system is made of V-type rubber dock fenders located at 10 m on centers. 24 cast-iron mooring fixtures are distributed along the total length..
STORAGE : 21,000 sq. m open storeage area behind tghe old quay with two (2) units high mast light towers and two (2) units concrete spun lights posts. 33,323 sq. m. container storage area on paving blocks behind the new quay with three (3) units flood light towers.

FIRE FIGHTING FACILITIES : Buildings and warehouses have potable fire extinguishers. Operational areas are equipped with sand and water drums. The port also has a portable water pump and a fire truck supplied by the cargo-handling operator. A fire station (Bureau of Fire Protection) is situated 4 kilometers from the wharf.

CONTAINER FREIGHT STATIONS : Privately-owned Container Freight Stations/Yards owned by shipping lines located outside the port area include Wiliam Lines,Inc., Aboitiz Shipping Lines, Sulpicio Lines and Lorenzo Shipping Corporation.
STA. ANA PIER
The Pier is situated along the seashore of Sta. Ana District, considered by some as Davao Citys Chinatown. The port caters to flourishing business firms within the district.
BERTHING FACILITIES :
Pier 1 - 22m x 102m concrete deck or reinforced concrete piles. The structure had been condemned and recommended for rehabilitation for utilization of leisure and light aircrafts.
Pier 11 - 18m x 90m concrete deck on reinforced-concrete piles with 14 sets of fender pile clusters.
TRANSIT SHED : 45 sq. m. with open walls, G.I. roofing and timber frames.
OPEN STORAGE AREA : Total of 41,000 sq. m. with 6,000 sq. m. had been paved.
MATI WHARF
Mati Wharf is the major public berth in the Davao province. It is settled along the coast of Pujada Bay. It serves as the medium in the transport of products/goods from the Davao province to anywhere in the Philippines or even outside.
BERTHING FACILITIES : 80m long x 11m wide with a controlling depth of 6.5m alongside. Wharf is protected by 11 pile cluster fender.
STORAGE : Open storage area (paved) 1,595 sq. m.
