In an attempt to achieve a measure of performance in a highly uncertain and complex environment, Project Managers will need to take a hard look at the way corporate activities are being managed.

It is here that Project Management offers one of the most promising and effective techniques to meet these new challenges posed by a dynamic global economic environment.

The ICPM 2003 is expected to leverage a growing and vibrant project management awareness amongst the target groups in Malaysia specifically and in ASEAN - East Asia generally that can defend their respective economies.
