Welcome to the home page for the Presidential Management Alumni Group (PMAG).  PMAG is a membership organization comprised of former and current Presidential Management Interns (PMI's) and others interested in recruitment and development of Federal Government career managers. PMAG and its members--who are found in all three branches of the Federal Government, local and state governments, and the private sector--are firmly dedicated to the ideal of public service. PMAG sponsors professional and social activities, maintains a network of former PMI's, and provides support to maintain the PMI program as the Federal Government's premier mechanism for recruiting talented individuals from American graduate schools.

Calling all current and former PMIs!

As an ongoing part of Project 20, a celebration of the PMI Program's 20th anniversary, PMAG set out to track down as many former PMI's as possible. To date, we've assembled a database of over 700 PMI alumni.  While impressive, this is only a small portion of the PMI alumni out there.  Our goal is to locate the rest, and we need your help!  If you haven't contacted us, please do so via regular or electronic mail, or by calling Melissa Benton at (202) 395-7887. PMAG is an all volunteer organization (not affiliated with the Office of Personnel Management), which works to realize benefits for the network of approximately 3,500 former PMIs. These benefits include events and other tools to facilitate alumni networking and career/professional development, as well as efforts to: ensure the continued vitality of the PMI Program, foster good management of the Federal Government and the Civil Service, and assist current PMIs. The key to PMAG's success is participation. Please join us in helping to make the PMI Network work for you!
