Pokemon Masters Elite Force
Shining Noctowl  -PMEF_Viperz
Ok thecard of today is.... SHINING NOCTOWL

Let me introduce my helper, a talking Beedrill!

Beedrill: Viperz is currently in his "can't wait til fall" phase. After checking gaming mags and websites he is currently focusing on video games. Thankfully Pokemon Advance is one of the games so he still review cards, but not without blurting out "Halo rocks" every once in a while.

Viperz: Anyway let's get on to the review.

"Shining Noctowl" 60 HP Weakness: Electric Resistance: Fighting Retreat cost: *

Attack: Glaring eyes: 30 Cost: 1 Lightning 1 Psychic 1 Colorless Effect: Flip three coins, if 3 are heads the defending pokemon is paralized, if two are heads, the defending pokemon is confused, if one is heads, the defending pokemon is asleep.

Impressions: When I first saw this card I underestimated it. When I battled it I saw its power. Combined with gold berry it was practicly unstoppable against my measly Fossil Haunters. Its hard to fight against status effects like that. One thing you should never do with it is have it as a starter. It takes three turns to power up and that can make or break a game. Another bad thing is its 60 HP meaning that it's not HALO RULES impossible to kill it with a Electric Pokemon.

Roundup: great great card. 2 minor setbacks keep it from achieving greatness. 3 turn powerup and low HP.

Rating: I'd give it a 9.2, Excellent. Gust out someones most powerful pokemon get the first hit in and it's gone.

This is HALO RULES Viperz with your card rating

Note: Some of the card stats may be wrong
