Duyvis has all the necessary disciplines and knowledge available in-house, which makes it your perfect partner in business. Our experience, knowledge and leading-edge technology guarantee success. Projects carried out by our company are very wide-ranging, from steel coil packaging lines right up to 80 tonnes transport vehicles for cable drums.

Transport systems: The transport systems supplied by Duyvis are often special products, which are not available as off-the-shelf units. They include the new-building or modification of luggage carrousels at airports as well as heavy transport systems for the steel sector and special transport equipment for the cocoa and food industries.

Crane Cabins: Beside the capability of crane maintenance, repair and inspections, Duyvis is able to deliver a complete crane control center, containing an ergonomic operator chair, climate control and all the facilities for safe and precise crane control

Heavy construction work: In its impressive construction workshop, with a broad range of welding equipment, Duyvis is able to produce heavy construction machinery, up to a weight of 50 tonnes. Construction projects are carried out according to high degrees of difficulty and subject to the strictest quality requirements, for the steel industry, bridge builders, the equipment engineering sector, etc.

Light construction work: In the light construction workshop, a whole gamut of products is manufactured by highly skilled technicians, using state-of-the-art equipment. A huge selection of (stainless) steel products leaves this workshop, ranging from crane cabins to installations for the cocoa and food industries.

General: Given the variety of products and development work invested in our machines, it almost goes without saying that Duyvis operates a large design and engineering department. The department is staffed by a mixture of experienced and young, highly trained professionals, who in a pleasant working environment are involved in the development and design of installations and machines for various branches of the industry.

Mechanical Engineering: The use of the latest 3D CAD modeling software results in machines and installations based on accurate drawings and well calculated designs, for smooth production operation.

Electrical and Software Engineering: The equipment delivered by Duyvis is driven by a powerful control system, which will boost your production figures and let the system operate at maximum capacity. Overhaul / modification: Duyvis offers services for existing machines requiring full-scale maintenance, overhaul and/or capacity upgrading. The results of modification are nothing short of excellence, far outstripping the performance of the original machine; the lifespan of the machines is significantly extended, shutdown and maintenance costs are massively reduced and the quality and consistency of the product specifications are improved.

Maintenance: Duyvis offers a program of planned preventive maintenance. This means that periodic maintenance work is carried out according to predetermined work plans. Of course, our service engineers are also available at any time to provide professional support, including emergency repairs, backed up by a well-equipped workshop.

Modification: Product changes occur frequently in modern day industry. These changes often make it necessary to modify production equipment. It requires upgrading and modification of machinery by qualified professionals.
