Mixer Refiner: The WIECON mixer Refiner is Wiener’s complete answer to produce small batches of coatings, compounds and bread spreads. A steadily increasing number of users of above-mentioned products have realized both the technical and the financial advantages to manufacture its own products in accordance with its own requirements. A variety of mixers, homogenisers and refiners have been made available over the years, each system offering a specific advantage closely related to the customer's wishes. WIENER has developed and introduced the WIECON, which combines the advantage of manufacturing a variety of smaller quantities with a justified investment. The WIECON 25 produces batches of 275 kg each and the time to obtain an end fineness of 25 microns will be some 2.5 hours if granulated sugar (with a maximum size of 1 mm) is used as an ingredient. When powdered sugar is applied, the total processing time can be reduced to 1.5 hours approximately.

Wieneroto W1S:The WIENEROTO
W-1-S
has been designed for the use in laboratories in
order to develop new recipes and to test new
products. The W-1-S is also well suited to carry out quality checks prior to
main line production runs.
Liquor Pump: Duyvis has designed a unique pump, capable of combining high flow capacities with high pressures. This liquor pump, developed and produced in-house by Duyvis, is operational under the most extreme conditions in the industry. The pump has been specially designed for transporting difficult-to-pump viscous and abrasive liquids such as cocoa liquor that require a relatively high pressure. The pump is largely used for filling cocoa butter presses at a pressure of 25 bar. As a result of the high pressure cocoa butter usually starts flowing during the process of filling before the actually pressing.
