Charlie, Nathan and Ryan were still running away towards the seemingly desolate city the had spotted.
Ryan: I think… we’re almost there.
Nathan: Good, cause I think my legs will shatter if I don’t stop.
Charlie: Oh, that’s why you’re so slow, shouldn’t be surprised if you died first.
A noticeable gap between Nathan and the others had formed.
Nathan: That’s my goal right?
Charlie: Our goal is not death now.
Ryan: Guys? Do we have a plan here.
Charlie: Well yes, we buy Sunny Day and then we kill Missingno.
Ryan: Who will buy it?
Charlie: You.
Ryan: I didn’t bring money.
Charlie grabbed the bag of money and handed it to Ryan.
Charlie: Here.
Ryan opened the bag a slight bit looking inside.
Ryan: Wh… Where did you get this?
Charlie: Not important.
Charlie: Anyways Ryan you find a shop that sells TM’s and buy the one for sunny day.
Ryan: Right.
Charlie: Me and Nathan will run split paths through the city to distract Missingno.
Ryan: How do you know that will work?
Charlie: It’s clearly after one of us Ryan, we have to try something to slow it down, as just standing here is not going to help.
Nathan: Ah man, but my feet already hurt.
Charlie: Quit whining unless you want to die.
Nathan: Legs hurt.
Ryan: Everybody we’re here.
Charlie: Good, now go.
Ryan: Uh I don’t know where I should go.
Charlie: Go somewhere, we have no time to lose.
Ryan: Right.
Ryan ran into the city.
Charlie: Nathan, you go left I’ll go right.
Nathan: Into the forest?
Charlie: No dumbass into the city of course, where we need to go, you’ll get lost if you go into the forest.
Nathan: Fine.
He walked off into the city.
Charlie followed, going the opposite direction.
Charlie: Now, I hope Ryan finds this TM before we reach the end of the city. Looks like Missingno is still behind us.
POV: Ryan
Ryan went to the city center.
Ryan: If I’m going to find this TM, I better start looking in the center of this city, that has to be where the shops are.
Ryan ran through the streets, when he found an area similar to the center of his own city, although admittedly more bland.
He started looking at the shopfronts in search for something containing words like TM or moves, when he saw a shop that looked promising, a shop for attacking tools.
Ryan: Ah.
He walked over to the shop.
Ryan: Uh… hello.
???: Yes?
Ryan: Um, do you sell TM’s here?
???: Yep, we do.
Ryan: Do you have the TM for Sunny Day?
???: I’ll look.
The shopkeeper went back in their store.
Ryan waited outside, but looked back at the sky.
Ryan: Oh no, he’s still coming this shopkeeper’s going to have to come back before this city also goes in lockdown.
About a minute later.
???: Okay, I have the TM here.
Ryan: Okay, how much is it?
???: One thousand Poké.
Ryan looked in the bag Charlie gave him to take out the required money.
Ryan: I thought he was broke.
Ryan handed over the money and received the TM in return.
Ryan: Thanks a lot, you’re a real life saver.
???: Life saver?
Ryan quickly ran away.
Ryan: Now I’ll need to find Charlie and Nathan, before that thing comes too close.
Ryan: I’ll just take this side path I’ve got to be able to find them, if not they’ll need to reach the end of this place.
POV: Charlie
Charlie: Ryan’s got to be done by now right?
Charlie looked behind him to see if Missingno has come any closer.
Charlie: I don’t think it has been slowing down, I guess we’ll just die. No but we mustn’t be far apart enough for it to think. If it can. I’ll just run back as I’m not slowing him down.
Charlie started running back.
At that point Ryan had also started running the opposite direction so after a little while they crossed paths.
Charlie: Ryan! Did you get the TM?
Ryan: Held the TM up into the air.
Charlie: Great, now what.
Ryan: Someone has got to learn it, and then we’ll take it out.
Charlie: Okay, shall we sacrifice small brain man.
Ryan: Who?
Charlie: Nathan.
Ryan: Oh… well where is he?
Charlie: The opposite side of the city, somewhere.
Ryan: Okay well then stop hanging around here and let’s go find him quick.
Charlie: Uh yeah.
POV: Laia
Currently the citizens of Ryan’s city were allowed to come out of their shelters, Laia and the rest of her guild were coming out of their shelter.
Laia: Okay everyone we can all head out now.
Laia pushed open the hatch and a sound of relief could be heard from the guild members.
Laia: Okay you can all go back to your rooms now or do something else.
Laia walked outside and looked at the sky.
Laia: The sky is still not the usual color.
Laia: I do hope that those two can take care of that.
POV: Charlie
Ryan: How much time do we still have to find him?
Charlie: I don’t know I’m not a clock.
Ryan: No but what do you think.
At that point the alarms of this city went off.
Charlie: Not much.
Ryan: Kind of, figured that out already.
Charlie: Yeah yeah, let’s get going then right?
Charlie: There.
He pointed towards Nathan who was walking forwards.
Ryan: Finally.
Charlie and Ryan ran over to Nathan.
Charlie: Nathan.
Nathan: Oh there you are, this alarm has been driving me nuts all day.
Ryan: It just went off.
Charlie: Nathan you need to learn this TM.
Nathan: How?
Charlie: Uh… let’s throw it at you.
Nathan: Throw it at me? What will that accomplish.
Charlie: More than a throwing a cd at you will.
Nathan: So more besides hurting me.
Charlie: And most importantly not dying, as it’s still getting closer.
Nathan: Oh.
Charlie took the TM out of Ryan’s hands and tossed it on Nathan.
Nathan: Hey.
The TM just disappeared.
Ryan: What? No one told me it was that easy.
Charlie: Looked pretty difficult not gonna lie.
Nathan: Okay, now what.
Charlie: Use sunny day.
Nathan: No what how.
Charlie: You know, just say the name.
Nathan: No, that’s cringe.
Charlie: Welp Ryan, looks like we’ll die.
Ryan sighed.
Charlie: Nathan do it, this city depends on it.
Nathan: I don’t care about this city.
Charlie: Just say it.
Nathan: Okay, fine, sunny day.
Nothing happened.
Nathan: Uh.
Charlie: Shout it.
Nathan: For fucks sake.
Nathan: Sunny day!
Nathan used Sunny Day.
A beam of light appeared close to Nathan and fired at the sky. The dark red sky cleared up and the sun began shining.
Nathan: Happy now?
Charlie: Very.
Charlie: Ryan, now ember it.
Ryan: On it.
Ryan ran a bit closer and fired around 5 embers at Missingno, he tried doing this as fast as possible so he wouldn’t get attacked.
Missingno simply disappeared.
Ryan: What?
Ryan walked back to Charlie and Nathan.
Ryan: Where… did it go.
Charlie: Death.
Ryan: No like where?
Charlie: The fuck do I know?
Nathan: All we know is that it’s gone right? Let’s just go back to where Ryan lives.
Ryan: Yes, that’s the plan.
POV: Jeak
Jeak walked towards Ronald who was trying to dig with a shovel.
Jeak: Yo, weak boy.
Ronald: What?
Jeak: Stop, come.
Ronald: Jeak what, why?
Jeak: You’re not helping.
Ronald: What? I am, look.
Jeak: Come inside, we need to talk.
Ronald: Fine.
Ronald dropped his shovel and followed Jeak into his tower, and they went up the elevator.
Jeak: Ronald. How was the dirt?
Ronald: Tastes fine.
Jeak: No idiot, how hard was it to dig?
Ronald: With my shovel?
Jeak: Yeah, of course what else?
Ronald: Hands.
Jeak: Ugh, just tell me how it was okay.
Ronald: Kinda hard after a little while actually.
Jeak: Yes, precisely, now look at Void, do you see how easy it is for him.
Ronald: Yeah.
Jeak: Is that not a slight bit suspicious?
Ronald: Maybe, or you’re just weak.
Jeak: I am not weak Ronald, I tried okay, it gets rather hard after a certain point, but they are just breezing through it.
Ronald: Well then, why don’t you ask?
POV: Charlie
Charlie, Nathan and Ryan had returned to Ryan’s city and were now entering the guild.
Charlie: Okay and now?
Ryan: Um, let’s go to Laia’s room.
Nathan: Why.
Charlie: Shut up.
Ryan knocked on Laia’s door.
Laia: Come in!
Ryan: Opened the door.
Laia: Oh hi Ryan, did they do it.
Nathan: They?
Ryan: Oh well, I actually did most of the work.
Laia: Most of the work?
