Song lyrics are taken from Making Out by No Doubt.

JC played track four once again and sank down further into his first class seat.

He loved this song. It described his mood and feelings at the moment so perfectly.

Because he missed Lance. Which was why he was flying to Russia a day earlier than the other guys. He knew that Lance had three days off before his final training for the launch. JC meant to surprise him and possibly spend a little extra alone time with Lance.

His whole relationship with Lance had been a give and take exercise that involved sneaking around, so that no one would find out.

That two members of *NSYNC were gay.

But it had been worth it. JC had never felt this way about anyone else in his life before. Lance made him feel safe and happy. He didnt have to pretend around Lance.

They had their problems, involving arguments over whether the public should know about them and Lances insecurities in regards to his ability in maintaining a relationship.

JC had his own insecurities concerning whether Lance really loved him. But, for the most part, they had been able to work through these issues.

And now they were solid.

Surprisingly enough, their relationship had grown stronger since Lance had been in Russia. This was due to the fact that they had to work harder to maintain what they had. Their phone and email conversations were more meaningful and involved. JC had visited twice now and this would be his third trip to see Lance. But this time he would actually have a whole day with him that didnt involve training or business meetings about the launch.

JC couldnt wait.

He hit repeat on his CD player, so as to hear track four a few more times. He curled up in the seat to take a nap and dreamt of make out sessions with Lance.

JC got off the plane and felt drained, but elated at the same time. He tightened his hold on his book bag and headed for the baggage claim, after finishing up in customs. His bag was among the first to come off the plane. JC quietly thanked God for letting him be late to the Orlando airport, thus his bag was put on last. He felt he should do that, since he had cursed God, slightly, for the delay earlier.

Standing there, waiting for his bag to make its way around the carousal, JC felt like everything was falling into place just perfectly. Then he heard a voice call out softly, hey beautiful.

He froze. JC knew that voice, but he couldnt believe he was actually hearing it. Turning around to confront the person who called out to him, JCs heart sank and then lifted.

It was Lance. Looking tired, buff, and grinning like a loon.

The first thing out of JCs mouth was, Who told you?

Lance just continued to smile and walked over to where JC stood.

Justin. But you probably should have expected that.

JC grumbled underneath his breath and smiled when he saw that Lance was laughing again.

I know. I really shouldnt have told the guys what I was doing. But they would have wondered why I wasnt on the plane with them tomorrow, if I hadnt. Dammit, it was supposed to be a surprise though!

Lance just kept smiling that infernal grin and patted JC on the arm.

Its okay C. I know how hard it is for you to set up any kind of surprise. But the problem is your face gives away anything you have planned. Its always been that way. Besides, I was glad to hear you were coming earlier than expected. It gives me the opportunity to do something Ive always wanted to do.

JC looked at Lance quizzically.

Whats that?

With that, Lance grabbed JCs hand and pulled him along until they got near the restrooms. Lance tugged JC into a corner, into one of the dark recesses, where they could not be seen. He pulled JC to him and pressed his lips against JCs surprised mouth.

JC, who didnt understand what Lance was doing at first, caught on pretty quickly.

Wrapping his arms around Lances waist, he pushed Lance farther into the dark corner. He delved into the warmth of Lances mouth, tasting the sweetness that was his alone.

God, he had missed this.

The tingling of his skin. The taste of Lance in his mouth. The heat between them.

That and the growing arousal he always felt when he was near Lance.

Tracing a path from Lances mouth to his chin, then up his neck to his ear, he could feel the low moan that came from Lance before he heard it. That turned him on even more. Moving his hands out from around Lances waist, he dropped his book bag on the ground. He then proceeded to sneak his hands back around and underneath Lances shirt. All the time, still sucking on Lances earlobe and singing softly into his ear.

I go around the world to see your face. cause this just aint good enough

Lance rested his hands on JCs waist and delved inside the top of his jeans, making circles with his thumbs. He brought his leg up in between JCs and tried to move, so he could touch JCs mouth, but JC would have none of that.

Tug. So, Im just kicking it. Lick. Im counting the days. Kiss. I hardly can wait for us to hang out. Touch. Im really missing it in so many ways. Scrape. I anticipate us making out.

With that, JC returned to Lances waiting mouth and plundered it. Tongues swirled together and aches that had been on the edge suddenly became full force throbs.

Lance finally pulled away. God, he didnt want to, but if they didnt stop, they would end up having sex next to an airport bathroom.

JC looked stunned and swollen around his lips. He had to place his head in Lances shoulder to rest and catch his breath.

Finally, after a minute or so, he stood back up.

So, that was something you always wanted to do. Make out in an airport?

Lance chuckled, the sound reverberating up JCs arms, which were still hooked around Lances waist.

Yah, I guess. I justI dont know. Yah. God, I missed you. Lance said, the words tumbling out in a hurry.

JC smiled and kissed Lance lightly on the forehead.

I missed you too baby. And if we hurry, maybe we can get back to the hotel, before you have to go to your meeting at five.

Lance looked at him with surprise in his eyes.

You really did your homework, didnt you C?

JC just grinned again and unhooked himself from around Lance. He picked up his book bag and headed back towards the luggage carousal.

Lance caught up to him, right before he reached it.

Well, C?

Okay, so I made a few phone calls, talked to your mom and few other people. Yes, I know your entire schedule for the next three days. I wanted to be prepared. Thats all. Go ahead, laugh if you must.

Lance just looked at JC and then went to pick up his bag. Returning to where JC was standing, he reached his hand around JCs head and pulled him in for a quick kiss.

Youre the sweetest man I know, even if you cant plan a surprise to save your life, you know that?

JC blushed slightly, nodded and followed Lance out towards the parking lot, where his rental was parked.

When they had reached the car and put JCs bags in the trunk, Lance finally turned to JC and asked,

Um, C, what song was that you were singing earlier? I was a little, erm, distracted to ask before.

JCs eyes sparked with mischief and he just said,

Ill play the song for you later. I was inspired before I got here. Thats all. In essence, you should really thank Chris.

Lance looked surprised and then laughed.

Okay, Ill just wait to find out what was going on in your head later. Weve got things to attend to now.

JC agreed and slid into the front passenger seat. Humming with excitement at what was awaiting him at the hotel in a little while.

The other guys had just arrived and they were currently settling into their rooms.

JC knocked on Chriss door and waited, CD in hand.

Chris answered, wearing a Steelers sweatshirt, ratty, gray sweatpants and five year old tennis shoes.

Yah, C, can I help you? I was busy trying to get warm in this place. Its fucking freezing in here. If you know how to work the heater, I would greatly appreciate it.

JC just shook his head.

No, Im sorry, I dont. I can get someone from downstairs to come and help you though. I just wanted to return this to you. I borrowed it a while ago and I forgot to tell you. So, here

Chris looked at the CD in JCs hand and shook his head.

Its not mine. Sorry, C.

JC smirked.

Look, Chris, I know this is your CD. I got it out of your bag, when we were on tour. Take it.

Chris just continued to shake his head in denial.

No, thats not my CD. I got over that particular obsession a long time ago. I mean, theyre a good band and all, but really, I think Im over the Gwen Stefani thing.

JC nodded and calmly opened up the CD case. He removed the liner notes and opened them up. On the upper right hand corner of the first page was some writing. The initials, CK, to be exact.

JC held out the liner notes for Chris to see, waited for the inevitable reaction, and then put them back into the case.

I just wanted to say thanks. Thats all.

Chris wearily took the CD and tucked it quickly underneath his sweatshirt.

Why? Chris asked.

JC smiled and responded,

Because, that CD helped get me laid.

And with that, JC turned and walked down the hallway, laughing silently when he heard Chriss yelp of disgust.
