Bed slats

Bed slats are produced from birch veneer of high quality. First grade veneer is used for the upper layers, grade veneer is used for the inner layers. |
| Eighttier presses are used for pressing of veneer. Under high pressure this technology provides high quality of veneer pressing. The power of pressure is 18 kg/ sq.sm. The Russian birch is much harder than the birch in the Baltic countries and together with the technology of pressing under high pressure it provides high level of flexibility and durability. |

Sawing equipment of the German company "PAULING" is used for the sawing of the pressed plates. |
| The edges of bed slats are milled. It provides radius, smooth surface and high quality of the edges. |

Bed slats are packed into pallets and loaded from the warehouse by means of trucks or railway wagons up to intermediate warehouse of our representatives in Klaipeda (Lithuania). From Klaipeda the goods are loaded on the trucks and transported up to the warehouse of the purchaser. This provides accuracy of deliveries up to 2-3 days. Besides, there is no need for the purchaser to overload the warehouse with excessive amounts of bed slats. |
