A little bit about us.

Welcome to Our page. My name is Connie, and my wonderful husband's name is Paul. To the right is a picture of us taken in November of 1999. I am 25 years old, and Paul is 28. We were married March 26, 1994. God graciously brought Paul and I together, so He is first and foremost in our lives. He has brought us so much happiness and joy. We love God, and the things He has given to us. Would you like to hear how His Son died for you? Please E-mail us.

This is our new home in Mississippi. Paul and I may try to file homestead down here so we don't have to move a couple more times before it is time for him to get out of the military. The one big drawback is the distance from our "home" in PA. We live in a beautiful, quiet sub-division, and our house is just adorable! It is absolutely beautiful down here (although a bit hot - especially to a northerner!!), and there is always something to do!!

Our Jobs

Connie's Job

I am an LPN. Right now I am in the middle of transferring my license down here from VA. I am hoping to get a job at the local hospital or Mental health Hospital down here. I am also planning to return to school for my RN in the near future!
Paul's Job

He is an E-6 in the Navy Seabees. He has been in for 10 years. His rate is a builder. He has been stationed in California, Washington DC, Mississippi, and now Virginia. While on sea duty, he does 7 month deployments, every 7 months (yes, it gets lonely). He visited Guam, Antarctica, New Zealand, Camp David, and Seattle Washington. When we transfer to Mississippi, he will be attending classes to get his construction inspection license.

Our Family

Paul and I have been trying to have a child for over 4 years. I have a condition called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Unfortunately, it makes it difficult for me to have children, among other health issues. We have always planned to adopt, but now it has come to the forefront of our lives. We can't wait until the day we have children running around the house. We are going to start out with a special needs adoption. Eventually, we would love to adopt an infant.

For right now, our 6 cats (Aaron, Abbey, B-Rat, Moo Cow, Chelsea, and Charlie) and dog (Pomeranian, Sadie), will have to do. WE ARE EXPECTING!!! On June 6th (or around there) we are expecting a new addition. An Old English Sheepdog, born April 9th. Her name will be Duchess Elizabeth Faye, and we will call her Lizzie. I'll be adding her pictures very soon!!

Our families still reside in Pennsylvania. Paul has a sister and 2 nieces. I have a brother, 2 sisters, 2 nieces and 3 nephews. My mother and father still live in the house I grew up in. Paul's dad passed away July 10, 2000 from cancer. He is survived by his wife, Marie. Please visit our In Loving Memory page we dedicated to him. Paul's mom also has some health issues, including emphysema and asthma. Please keep her in your prayers.
