And Im watching this other band and this crazy way I found out, I was sitting their during the concert and some girl walks up behind me and is telling her friend, she was like, Hey I saw a couple of the Plus One guys and they were playing basketball in the gym. and she was like and I met them and everything, but she was like, You wouldnt believe it, one of them just hurt his ankle and had to go to the emergency room. and Im like what? So I turn around and Im like Did you say one of the Plus One guys got hurt? and shes like, Yeah! and Im totally, Im talking to her the whole time and she didnt even realize I was in the band, it was great- I was disguised. (Talking about Jeremys accident.)

- As Plus One we are going to be extremme about what we do. Because I think what we do is extreme. Even though its not hard rock or hard rap, our lyrics are extreme.

- "I came in second at a competition in Estes Park, Colorado. Stacie Orrico got first. Mitchell Solarek, the manager for Plus One, was there and heard me sing. After the competition, he gave me his card and said, "Hey, I think you would be good for something I'm working on." That was the summer before my senior year and the auditions for the group were the summer after my senior year. So there was a whole year of not really knowing what was going on. But it all came together. "

- "When we first got together, we just rreally clicked. We've all grown up in the church, sung in our youth groups, and led worship in our youth group. Three of us are actually minister's kids. The first couple of weeks, we just stayed up till way late in the morning, talking and getting to know each other. Just being stupid and laughing."

- "We're a pop, R&B kind of group with nnice harmonies. We're never going to get away from the comparisons, like with the Backstreet Boys, but we want to take it to our own level, to put our own style and our influences in it. Thankfully,we've been allowed to choose the material we've done. We want to have more of a mature sound, to be able to reach all ages."

- "Be the best at what you do. Practice and take advantage of every opportunity to use your gift." ( on afvice for people who want to be a singer)

- "I think a lot of prayer's been involvved in this whole project from before the group started. The people who were putting it together's vision was a ministry focus vision. And, we were all just in our own hometowns with a ministry focus, doing what we were doing. So, when we came together, we knew that what we were doing was supposed to be for God's purpose. And, I think when people come out to the show that they'll see that in our hearts. And, hopefully, they won't make a judgment before they actually get to know who we are and what we're about. And, I guess that we just continue to strive for excellence, you know, because I think that's a godly thing. And, you know, even in our looks, or from whatever we do, everything that we want to do, we want to do it the best that we can. And then, when you come to the show, you'll see that during the time, you know, we share our hearts, it's not like we just sing the song, do our dance moves and then wait for people to cheer for us. I mean, there's times when we even quote Scripture and things like that from stage. So, I think people will understand and see the realness in our hearts."

- "And, every morning, Gabe decided to ccome out of the closet! ::laughter:: Ahh, funny joke!"

- "I want to act in movies like Titanic or Good Will Hunting where i get to play a character like myself" (on what kind of movie he'd like to be in)

- "Weve got a lot more uptempo songs thhat are a little more aggressive. When we were writing, we wanted tracks that would be good for live shows. We also have some really great ballads! (proudly) Everyone in the group has also grown vocally, so its gonna be a new mature-sounding Plus One!" (about the new album)

- "Is it hot our here or is it just me?"" (during a show)
