12th
- 13th
April – St Abbs.
Two dives per day from Billy’s hard boat at the Rock House Dive Centre
which has a diver lift at the stern. 12

back into the harbour between dives only one cylinder is required.
24th
– 27th
April -
Annual long
weekend at Loch Fyne.
Shore diving and staying at
the Argyll Caravan Park near Inveraray.
We will also be booking the hard boat “Little Blue” for diving on the Saturday
to enable us to do sites such as Stallion Rock and The Minnards which are not
accessible from the shore. As there are
only 12 spaces on the boat, these will be allocated on a first come first booked
basis. However, there are lots of other great sites available in the area to
shore dive if you are not on the boat. We shall also be checking tide times for
Conger Alley in Loch Long.
31st
May
– 1st June -
Swanage.
28th
– 29th June - Farne Islands.
We have booked the full weekend with
Farne Diving Services on the hardboat Farne Diver which has a diver lift. One
day hopefully to play with the seals and the other, tides permitting, will be to
dive one of the many wrecks in the area.
6th July – St

2nd –
3rd August -
Weymouth.
It was 2005 when we last went
to Weymouth and it was such an excellent trip so we have booked with Tango
again. The hardboat Tango
has been fitted out by owner/skipper Phil Corben who has worked the waters
around Weymouth and Portland all his working life.
Tango has been especially
designed with divers in mind for all their needs and comforts including a diver
lift. The deck has
plenty of clear space to walk around and the seating is deep enough to
accommodate a large twin-set and leave room to perch even the largest of butts
comfortably while waiting for the drop. And with deep seats, there is loads of
room to store dive bags or boxes, so there is no excuse to be tripping over dive
kit on the deck as you waddle to the stern exit.
