| This is the home page of the South Carolina Chapter of the Methodist Federation for Social Action (SCMFSA). We are a non-profit organization working with social justice concerns in South Carolina and the world. We act as the social conscience to the South Carolina Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church (SCACUMC). Most of our members are part of the SCACUMC, either as lay members or as ordained or consecrated clergy. We participate in a variety of projects, vigils, protests, and rallies in support of social justice concerns, including homosexual rights, women's rights, interracial relations, socio-economic justice, children's advocacy, and peace initiatives.
