The web page you are trying to view cannot be display!

This may be caused by one or more of the following reasons

• Your web browser does not support Active scripting
  

To fix this problem, upgrade to the latest version of the web browser you are using.

• The Web browser is configured NOT to run active scripting

To fix this problem (IE only),

1. Open your web browser
2. Select Tools from the menu bar
3. At the bottom of the drop-down menu select Internet Options
4. At the top of the window that open, click the Security tab
5. Ensure Internet is highlighted in the window then click the Custom Level button close to the center bottom of the window
6. Scroll down the window until you see Scripting
7. Select the Enable radio button then OK at the bottom of the page
8. Select OK at the bottom of the page
9. Refresh the web page by click the refresh button on the menu bar
