| With "Christy" came my first chance to ride a horse bred by legendary breeders Dan and Carol McWhirter. I purchased Christy at the World Show sale. She truly taught me how to appreciate the meaning of the word "lope". She was my son's first chance to learn what it was like to be a winner in pleasure. That lope was what I learn to look and feel for in all my horses. |
| There are some things in life I will never understand, losing Barbie was one of those things. The dreaded "West Nile" hit us in a way totally unexpected. Her loss will never be made easy. She was like a child and had been in our family since she was a yearling. Her personality and ability made her even more special. She taught me to sit up and be proud . She was an awesome loper and did so much to make me a better rider. |
| "CB" was so kind hearted and trusted me with his life, but the feeling was mutual...the first equitation pattern we ever did together was at PHBA World! We ended up in the TOP TEN!. He would have died for me and never asked questions. He is owned by Jackie Elliott in Colorado and she thinks he is just pretty special too! |
