First time she slept through the night: at 2wks old she slept 8 hrs the one and only time. She started sleeping about 6 hours at 5 weeks old.
First smile: It was in her sleep but the first person she smiled at was Daddy at around 4 wks, smiled at mommy at 5 wks.
First laugh: Was at daddy but her first belly laugh was at Francis at 9 weeks old. She thinks Francis is hilarious.
First held bottle: Has been trying to hold her bottle since 9 weeks.
First time rolled over: four months
First time sat up: She sat up by herself at between 5 and 6 mos
First time played peek-a-boo: just under 4 months. It was at Patrick's b-day party in the pool.
First trip away from home: We went to the KC Renaissance Festival in October.
First crawl: 8 months
First time stood in crib: 8 1/2 months. Went straight from crawling to standing.
First time sat in highchair: 3 months just so she could play with the toys on it.
First time in walker: 4 months
First solid food: Gerber baby rice cereal in her bottle, then banannas at 5 weeks.
First time held a spoon: four months. She holds it and I guide it into her mouth. It makes feeding more difficult but I want her to learn to eat with a spoon.
First haircut: At about five months. It was scraggly over her collar
First tooth: about six months
First step: has been working on walking since 9 mos.
First word: Da-da, Na-na, Ma-ma
