Plot #6
Plot: He is responsible for the death of her child. If she can't forgive him, how will he ever live with himself?

Behind the Plot: A few years ago, we had an intersection in town where two kids were struck and killed by cars. The problem was, the two deaths could be deemed no one's fault. Because of the hour, the sun was shining in just a way that it reflected perfectly off the drivers' windshields, blinding them to the both the traffic light and the children crossing the street on their way to school. It was tragic enough the first time, but when the second child was killed at the same intersection in the same way at the same time of day, it was terrible. I often wonder how those parents and those drivers feel with no one to blame. Another twist in my head: her child spent his (or her) last minutes of life in his arms, so in a sick way, she's drawn to be with him, to have that connection, but she hates him at the same time. *Shrugs shoulders* That's my thinking for ya. Take it or leave it.
