STEP UP
Step Up is a game played for up to 4 prizes, and $3000, behind the big doors.  The contestant must first choose a prize, perferably the cheapest one.  The price of that prize is shown, then the contestant must "step up" to a prize that is more expensive.  If correct, the contestant wins both prizes and $500.  If wrong, the game is over, and the contestant loses.  Then, the contestant has the chance to step up again, to one of the other two prizes, and if the contestant is correct, that the next prize is more expensive than the other two, s/he wins all 3 prizes and another $1000, for $1500 total.  If wrong, though, the contestant loses everything.  The contestant may quit, though, if s/he doesn't want to risk losing the 2 prizes already won and $500.  If the contestant gets the first 3 prizes, s/he may step up one more time, for all 4 prizes and another $1500, for $3000 total.  If the final prize is the most expensive of them all, the contestant wins all 4 prizes and $3000.  If it's not the most expensive, though, everything is lost.  But again, the contestant can quit with 3 prizes and $1500 if s/he is worried that the last prize is not the most expensive.
HOW TO WIN
Start with what you feel is the cheapest prize, then go with what you think is the cheapest of the remaining prizes, then choose the cheapest of the remaining prizes.  A large gap in between prices can often mean you've made a mistake somewhere, but not always... it still might be a good idea to quit with what you've won in such cases unless you're sure the other prize(s) have to be more expensive.  Also, if you're not sure about the price of something, you can just ignore that prize, and win the other 3 prizes and $1500--that's better than nothing!
