SAFE CRACKERS
This game is played behind big door #2.  For some reason, Bob Barker goes to the right side of the big door for this game (he goes to the left for every other game behind this big door except Five Pricetags).  There are two prizes locked away in a safe:  a big prize (like a bed, a trip, or even a car) and a small, 3-digit prize (usually it is associated with the big prize, but that is not important to win the game).  To win, the contestant must crack open the safe (hence the name "Safe Crackers").  The combination to the safe is the same as the price of the 3-digit prize.  To help even more, those 3 digits are given to the contestant (one of them is always 0).  If the contestant cracks open the safe, s/he wins both prizes.
HOW TO WIN
This has got to be one of the easiest games on the show.  One of the digits is always 0, and it is always last.  The other two can be a little trickier, but there is one hint given to you for help--after Rod describes the two prizes, he gives the total price of the two items.  Here is how that can help:  lets suppose the two items together cost $6469.  The numbers given to you are 0, 7, and 9.  Since the 0 is always last, the only two possible combinations are $790 and $970.  These both seem like reasonable prices, but if we subtract these two numbers from $6469, we can figure out what the price of the big prize is, and THAT can be helpful.  If the small prize is $790, we get $6469-$790=$5679, but if the small prize is $970, we get $6469-$970=$5499.  Which of these two prices look better to you?  I thought so...the $5499, of course!
