DICE GAME
This game is played behind the giant pricetag.  The prize in this game is a car (usually from $11,000-$17,000).  If the price has 5 digits, the contestant is given the first digit.  The contestant must then roll four dice, one at a time, over a white line.  The contestant hopes that the corresponding digit in the price of the car is the number rolled.  If it is, the contestant automatically gets that number.  If it isn't, the contestant must guess whether the actual number is higher or lower than the rolled number.  Also, the contestant should keep in mind that there are no zeros in the price of the car and that there are no numbers higher than six.  This information could be very benefitial for the contestant.  If the contestant is correct about every number s/he doesn't roll exactly right, s/he wins.  S/he also wins if s/he rolls every number exactly right.
HOW TO WIN
I admit that this is one of the hardest games on the show to win (I still like it a lot).  There are a few things that can put the odds in your favor, however.  First, when you roll the dice, put your two hands on the 3 and 4, and put your arms at a 90 degree angle to both your body and the white line.  This will make it unlikely that you will roll a 3 or a 4 (sorry, but there's no advice I can give for rolling ONLY 1's and 6's).  Also, go with your gut, not the odds, ESPECIALLY if you roll a 3 or a 4 (remember that the odds are only slightly lower if you go lower on 3 or higher on 4).  Also, get an idea on what the second number is, and STICK WITH IT!!  For example, if the car is a Ford Contour and you roll a 5, DON'T be afraid to say "higher."  Also, the last number is almost always a 5, so if you roll a 4 for the last number, you are actually much more likely to win if you say "higher."
