| COMMENTS *Carol, Carol, Carol... what are we going to do with you. We will never know how you guessed $749 for the rockers... we'll just go by what Bob said, shocked by the guess, that we were in the presense of a miracle! *Carol's Clock Game alone made the episode priceless... but besides that, it still was pretty good, with some fun contestants (particularly Pier and Pierre), and some fun games like Shell Game, Check-Out, and Clock Game. Particularly fun was Bob saying he wished Pier could meet Pierre when Pier came on down. *Shell Game was played... though it wasn't quite so vital to see back then, when it was played a bit more often than we're used to today. *3 of the 5 products used in Check-Out came in 2 sizes back in Season 26, making this playing rather difficult... the one that killed Sherry though, the Reynold's plastic wrap, was one of the 2 that only came in one size. *Darn. If only Celestine was a little bit slower, we'd have gotten to the tuba part of Eazy az 1-2-3. *Yep... back in these days, Bob moved the movable piece in Side by Side for the contestant, instead of letting the contestant do it. *The ball in Shell Game actually started under shell #4 today, not shell #1. *Why did they play the trumpetless TPiR '94 car cue for the illuminated globe in the second showcase? |
