| We went to Goi�s on June 15, 2001 for the 3rd FICA. It had been almost 15 years since I went there for the first time. Vila Boa de Goi�s (or Cidade de Goi�s or Goi�s Velho) was the first capital of the state of Goi�s. It's a very small city and very beautifull too. Its architecture is basically colonial and what we call "door and window" (a typical style of the countryside). The city was crammed with people from various places. During the day there were film exhibits, performances, art exhibits, music and fairs. At night there was always a show with local bands.
