Knotty Pine Hutch

This hutch is made of knotty-pine, and features a centered plate rack and three plate grooves in the top shelf of the upper unit, and slide-out shelves in the lower unit. It was made in two pieces that attach to each other for stability. The drawers and pull-out shelves were all constructed using dovetail joinery. This unit measures 20 inches wide, 60 inches long, and 7 feet high! The plate rack, which can hold up to 10 dinner plates, 10 salad plates, 2 large bowls, and 3 small bowls, features a groove that holds each plate and bowl in place, so that they will not slide out accidentally.
