Since those first dogs we have had the priviledge to raise 3 children, have 5 grandchildren with one on the way. We have truly been "BLESSED" .

| We purchased our first pair of black Labrador Retrievers back in 1973. Dave was an avid duck hunter and loved working the dogs ! The time and training was well invested in them and they provided many a meal as well as great companionship. We lived in an apartment in town and wanted to start a family as well as enjoy the dogs more so in 1975 we purchased our land and home. It was a great decision as the land and home are on RT2 in West Bethel and abutts the Pleasant River. We have numerous old farm buildings including an attached barn which have all been remodeled and have added a kennel building snuggled on the hill overlooking the river and apple orchads. We have an acre and 1/2 paddock fenced in with electric fencing which allows the dogs a fairly big area for romping. They are walked for 45 minutes 3-4 times a day. Since those first dogs we have had the priviledge to raise 3 children, have 5 grandchildren with one on the way. We have truly been "BLESSED" . |
