770-476-8716 Jane Fitzpatrick, Director Our Preschool began in September 1989 as an outreach ministry of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church. Our school strives to instill Christian principles by providing children with the conditions to promote spiritual, social, cognitive, emotional and physical growth. We believe that each child is unique and through love and encouragement, all children will find joy and satisfaction in their work and play. As directed by our Preschool Committee, the registration dates, classes and fees for our September 2008 � May 2009 school year are as follows. Our registration schedule is: Monday, January 7 Registration for currently enrolled and siblings Tuesday, January 8 Registration for currently enrolled and siblings Wednesday, January 9 Registration for church members 10:00am in the church foyer Registration for formerly enrolled families 11:00am in the church foyer Thursday, January 10 Registration opens to the community Our registration is slightly different this year. Instead of having a specific time for community registration, we will register at any time beginning on January 10th. Registration will continue until all classes are full. We will offer the following classes: 2 day younger 2's Tuesday, Thursday for children who turn 3 March 2009 thru August 2009 3 day older 2's Monday, Wednesday, Friday for children who turn 3 September 2008 thru February 2009 3 day 3's Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4 day 3�s Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5 day 3�s Monday thru Friday 4 day 4's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5 day 4's Monday thru Friday Our hours will be 9:25 to 1:00. We similarly follow the Gwinnett County school calendar. Our non-refundable registration fee: 2 day program $125.00 per child 3 day program $130.00 per child 4 day program $135.00 per child 5 day program $140.00 per child Our tuition is an annual figure that is divided into 9 equal payments. It is due at the beginning of each month. 2 day program $155.00 per month 3 day program $185.00 per month 4 day program $220.00 per month 5 day program $240.00 per month Our Activity Fee is $75.00 and is due with the September tuition. All registered children will need the following on the first day of school: Hand held tote bag (NO BACKPACKS, please) Certificate of Immunization (form 3231 is required by law) Comfortable, easily managed clothes and shoes Lunch box (beginning the second week of school) If your child is registered into our program for the 2008 - 2009 school year, you will be required to pre-pay your May 2009 tuition or whatever is your child's last month of school. The preschool office must receive this payment on or before June 1, 2008. Failure to pay will result in the loss of enrollment. If you enroll after June 1, 2008, you are required to pay the May 2009 tuition at the time of registration. If your plans change and your child will not be attending our preschool in September, you may request a refund of your tuition payment if this information is received by the Director on or before July 1, 2008. The nonrefundable registration fee is not included in this refund. If you choose to register your child, please remember that you are registering for an age group and not a particular teacher or placement with another child. Our visitation days and times for perspective parents are Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 10:00 to 11:30. We feel it is in the best interest of the children who are enrolled to limit the days and times of visitation. By doing so, we hope to continue offering the best possible learning environment every day for each child. The staff and I appreciate your interest in our program!
