Graphs and Inverses of Functions

This is quite an indepth section.  You learn about reflections in the x-axis, y-axis, and the line y=x.  You also learn about the symmetry of these graphs and special tests for the type of symmetry.  This section also deals with periodic function, stretching and shrinking graphs, and translating graphs.  The last part pertains to inverse functions and the lesser known HLT, or Horizontal Line Test.  This is used to see if a graph has an inverse.
