| You are looking at a true masterpiece of our time. There is no first person shooter quite like Timesplitters on any system, so none can compare to it. The graphics aren't its strongpoint, but aren't anything to hurt the game. Everything is nice and smooth. Nothing too great, but nothing bad. Next point. Your gun selection is very good. Of course, the weapon of choice being the rocket launcher. The good thing is, you aren't overloaded in the story mode, which is nice. Now, to the greatest part of this game. MULTIPLAYER. Timesplitters is by far the greatest multiplayer game on any platform. There is just no game quite as fun to blow up, mutilate, and shred your enemies like this one. With a good split-screen, it makes for a great party game. The story mode may not be very good. Infact, I don't know if I would call it a "story" mode at all. I didn't really like playing through this game, it is more of a game to play. Play and play and play. Addicitve, with good multiplayer and a map editor. Oh, mercy. |
