You are forced back into your past, and it is to become an assassin for your own will. You are hired to kill, but you still have the liberty and respect of an ordinary American. Revisit the world annihilated by crime, dishonor and greed. The past catches up to you; dont let it take you down. You cannot trust a sole. Failure is not an alternative. As you travel the world for your own will and endless assassinations, you visit Sicily, Italy St. Petersburg, Japan, Malaysia, and India. You will pick up contracts, and destroy your enemies with poison darts, machine guns, sniper rifles and chloroform. Agent 47 hangs up his guns and decides to move on with his live until a dramatic change happens instantly. Father Vittorio is kidnapped. 47 dials up his old employers, The Agency, and asks for info on the kidnapper. 47 agrees to kill the kidnapper on a mutual agreement, and rescue Father Vittorio.
The graphics are very nice; they use the perfect amount of lighting. Agent 47 has is own very unique look, along with all of your enemies, not one looks alike. When dragging an assassinated body down steps or on grass, the corpses arms and other body parts flail around aimlessly. Everything is set up realistically nothing seems unreal. The environments are enormous and are endless. When characters walk, they actually walk, and are fluid, they dont have that sliding like movement. The blood splatter is really realistic, and when you strangle someone, there is this thick dark line running around their neck, from your hands.
The game play is good. All the weapon types is just one of the cool features. The way you handle missions is up to you also, stealth, under cover, guns a blazon it's all up to you. I go undercover, and take the enemies by surprise. It's also great that you can change from 3rd person to first person in the touch of a button. This is a great feature, which should be used in more games to come. The controls are easy to learn, except they can get difficult when snipping and aiming at specific body parts. But otherwise, it makes you feel as if you are the character; you have really good control over him. It also provides enough options like crouch and sneak behind cars or trees. If you're not into the idea of being stealthy, you can get away with some killing sprees if you hide the bodies carefully and use a silencer on your 9 Millimeter. The ways to kill people are unlimited. You can slice them with a knife from close up or shoot them from 100's of yards away. You can strangle them with a rope or hit them with a golf club. This game has very undefined gameplay. A cool thing about Hitman 2 is the ability to take a dead enemy's clothes and wear them, to use as a disguise.
The sound couldnt have gotten any better than this. Think of any sound, that is realistic, and thats how it is in the game. The background music is orchestral and is great because it seems to fit the main character (Agent 47) perfectly. The sound acquired a TEN out of TEN.
The replay effect is so high because you can complete every mission in so many ways that each time you do a mission again it is never the same, and enemies are placed in other areas. To buy, or to rentBUY! This game is a hit, and can be played millions of times and seem like youve never played it before. A multi player mode wouldve been
