Hot Shots Golf 3 Review
Take your skills to the golf course and show them off, in Hot Shots Golf 3. Hot Shots Gold 3 takes you into a fully interactable 3D course with all new updated characters. Express your attitude with a character of your choice, out of 15 crazy characters and style. They all have their own expressions, sayings, and moves. There are enhanced graphics and weather surroundings. Experience the golf course from the morning sunrise until dusk, all fully playable. Even if you do not enjoy the game of real golf, this game will amuse you in many ways. The playable characters have great senses of humor and are cool to fool around with.

The graphics are really good for anime. The great textures, definition, and active background, I would have thought that the animation was choppy, with jagged edges for a Clap Hands franchise game, but no they made it, a broke through the level of hype. Not one glitch in the entire game, although there is not much controller action in the game. The trees sway, and grass get kicked up on your swings, depending on how well of a golfer you are. All of the courses have the original sand pits, lakes and other traps.

The gameplay is very effortless. All you need is the X button and the Directional Pad. The directional pad aims the ball to where you want to shoot it, and the X button activates the club, to hit the ball. Hit X to activate the line, to point where to hit, hit X for him to raise the club, and finally smash the X button to swing. It is the original 3-Click system. If you do not hit the ball good, or get an unbelievably high score, they make hilarious comments, and make fun of themselves. At the beginning it is fairly straightforward, but once you unlock some more stand up characters toward the end, it gets much more challenging and they are not as professional golfers.

The sounds are really good. The swishing of the ball, when it hits a tree, and then when it hits the ground are the most realistic sounds featured in the game. There are also great sound effects for when the ball lands in a nearby lake, goes into sand pits or falls into the hole. They where all greatly constructed. The voicing was well done, except for the caddy, he can get quite irritating, repeating, Better try harder and You missed! But it definitely does not ruin the game. Sound 7/10

The replayability level is really great. Buy the game; with all of the balls, courses, characters and clubs to unlock you will be playing for hours. At the end, there is an area, to buy souvenirs and other belongings with the money you won, in competitions, such as new animals to put in the courses for more challenge, and new golfing outfits. This game will keep you up, hours on end, although the game is quite short, there is much more to do afterwards. If youre not even into to golf, this is still the game for you, for your entertainm
ent.
