PlaySoundz is a husband and wife collaborative project that performs
imaginative modern electronic music with lively and colorful animation.

PlaySoundz presentations incorporate live music and big screen animation with an emphasis on fun learning. In our current production, we're a team of scientists and inventors demonstrating to children how a computer can be used to create both musical and visual art. Younger children enjoy the lively and colorful animation, while the simplicity of the animation shows older children that this is something they, too, can create on a computer. A computer keyboard is played live as a musical instrument throughout the performance . As most children today are familiar with computers, they realize a musical instrument isn't always needed to create music.

11 songs are performed (with accompanied animation) with such titles as
"Habeas Porpoise," "Flight of the Humbugs," and "Evelyn Skeleton."

PlaySoundz presentations are geared toward children 4 years and older. A performance lasts approximately 30 minutes. PlaySoundz supplies all of the necessary equipment for the performance (portable computer, video projector and large screen). The performance facility needs only to supply a room, a standard electrical outlet and seating.
