| DaPlayers Club: Is an Exclusive Team. Once you join, you are permitted to play as a Player only...
DaPlayers Club: Is not about WINNING so much as it is about friendship, camaraderie, good sportsmanship, playing and working together as a team and family. Privacy for DaPlayers Club: All members will respect the privacy of other members, and the club in general. Anything and everything said between club members stays between them. It is not for outside ears and eyes. We DO NOT tell tales outside the family. Any infraction WILL be subject to immediate disciplinary action........... DaPlayers Club Meetings: The owner conducts Team meetings once a month. When he is unavailable, any officer present shall conduct the meeting. This also includes Emergency Meetings, normally called by the Owner.... DaPlayers Club Votes: It will take a two-thirds vote of the members to ratify propositions put before the team. All members MUST vote...any member not voting within a reasonable amount of time (1 week) will lose their chance to vote. DaPlayers Club Requirements for Active Status: In order to remain Active, a member must: Play in a tournament in their club name at least three (3) days a week, attend all meetings (unless the governing board is notified in advance), attend at least one (1) club function (Club Challenges & Club Battles) in a three (3) month period and partner each team member in a tourney or event within a 12 month period. Remember to let a board member know if you will be out of town for an extended period. Each member is required to keep a working Email address... DaPlayers Club Inactive Status: Any member remaining on the Inactive status list for two (2) weeks will receive 30-day's probation (failure to maintain an active status will lead to suspension during this time), to be monitored by Public Relations. The Personnel Committee will send them an email giving them one (1) week to respond and to get active again with a copy to the Board. If the member does not respond, they will move to a suspended status for one week and if they do not respond, will be sent a final email terminating their membership from the Club. |

| If the Board is not satisfied with that member's reason, they will be asked to terminate their affiliation with the club.
DaPlayers Club Petitions for Membership: All persons petitioning for membership will be required to read the Player's COC (code of conduct), Rules and Bylaws prior to submitting an application. The Personnel Committee will review and screen the form, and contact the applicant. Applicants are required to be available to play with the Committee and members of the team during the next two weeks. When the Committee (with recommendations from Officers and members) is satisfied, that the application is in order, the applicant has agreed to follow all rules, and regulations including COC, they will meet with the petitioner for a final analysis. Petitioners will receive notification at the end of the meeting or by email. Member Names: All member names will begin with Player_. The Governing Board reserves the right to set the standard for Club names. Please do not use offensive or suggestive language in your Club names. Inappropriate name requests will be rejected during the applicant's Petition for Membership. Loyalty: The Founders & Board Members expect loyalty from the members of this club. Any action considered disloyal by either the Founders or Governing board will be dealt with by asking for the resignation of the offending person. |

| Code of Conduct: All members of The DaPlayers Club will act responsibly and in accordance with the rules of good sportsmanship, including to, but not limited to the following:
1) No use of vulgar language, racial or religious slurs or sexual innuendo. 2) No arguing with your partners or opponents. 3) No arguing with HOSTS either Tournament Host or Trivia Host. 4) Do not belittle, demean or personally attack anyone for any reason. 5) Do not Cheat!!!!! 6) Do not threaten or harass Hosts, Sysop or any Zone employee for any reason. 7) Follow any instruction given by Host, Sysop or any Zone employee. 8) DO NOT ever accuse anyone of cheating, strange plays DO happen. 9) No Points will be given out in any nonplayer suit! Excludes Host Nics. |

| Please Be Considerate: Members are playing games online at all times of the day and evening. Some are playing to win a game of competitive fun and a relaxing game of cards with their teamie. Disruptive behavior, such as, revealing cards, making lewd comments, or bidding outrageously and then leaving is a COC violation and will be considered a Team infraction. Any COC infraction may lead to probation, your suspension and/or release from this club. Please help keep the Zone a fun place to play.
The Playaz Board: Reserves the right to make exceptions to these rules and regulations on an individual basis and to revise its policies at any time. |
