JUMP NOTES
Jump notes refer to the sudden change of notes that occur, where the fingers are removed from one hole and placed in the other hole in a very fast manner, that it produces a jump sound. Lets take an example where the player has been playing position number 3 by covering the first three holes of the flute and suddenly he removes the third finger and second finger quickly and covers back the second finger in a quick manner, to produce the following background sound, that can be heard in this web download.
