With the legacy of Steven T-Dogg Evans on the line, Cody and Tomorrow Man walked into global TV without a clear mind on how they were going to defeat Ricky Hunter, Payne, Bronx or Frostie. With the recent loss of a friend, they knew they had no shot at pulling out all the stops and wowing the crowd like they always do. They needed a plan and they implemented one near the end of the match. While Hunter, Bronx, and Frostie were all bitch slapping each other, Cody and Tomorrow Man preyed on the helpless lunatic and ex-GHC Champion, Payne. Although his love for them has not even flinched, Cody and Tomorrow Mans respect for Payne has plummeted due to him aligning himself with Ricky Hunter. This is, obviously, Hunters biggest mistake of all time because the deranged ex-Champ will be no help in the battles yet to come. So now we press towards this weeks global TV. What will it bring? T2SF v. TMP: Round 2 is what this event will bring. The re-match wanted strangely by Cody and Tomorrow Man will happen this week as the big pay-off re-match will not occur at a Pay-Per-View. But why did Cody and Tomorrow Man want the re-match? They after all, are the GHC Tag Team Champions. They have nothing to prove and nothing to gain. Its a huge risk because now they have to escape the grasp of Bronx and Brooklyns cheating ways once again and still remain focus even with the loss of a good friend. But Cody and Tomorrow Man could careless about Bronx and Brooklyn it seems. They want a clean win without the interferences from Hunter and his dysfunctional stable mates. But the chances of this happening are slim because Hunter believes that hes in some sort of turf war with Bronx. Well never know if Hunter will wise up until global TV comes along and even then, Cody and Tomorrow Man havent finished with Hunter and his gang yet.

-[ A church bell tolls to mark the hour of one. As the choir boys stop there chant, the priest then makes the sign of the cross over the coffin. People begin to cry as the funeral procession comes to an end. The church is jam packed, with every pew being filled to the max. There are even some people standing in the back who once knew the mortal soul from within the coffin. The organist then begins to play a song in memory of the late Steven Evans as large men that once wrestled with the great make their way to the great oak casket. The Butcher is one of them. As he makes his way down the aisle, he smiles at Cody, Tomorrow Man, and Nikki. They smiles back as he leads the casket out the chapel doors. The great procession then follows soon after but Tomorrow Man does not. He walks over to an array of lit candles and reaches into his back pocket for his wallet. He pulls out a crisp dollar bill and places it in the collection box near the candles. He then reaches for a long wick and places it in one of the lit candles, so that it ignites. As he reaches for an unlit candle to bring it to flame, Cody and Nikki embrace for a minute or two like they were a couple. Cody takes full advantage of the hug because he knows that he will never have her due to her being engaged to The Butcher. By the time the hug comes to pass, The Butcher re-enters the empty church and finds them hugging. He takes no objection to it, though, because he knows Nikki would not stab him in the back. Cody, on the other hand, he does not trust right now because he is driven by love. Tomorrow Man ends his prayer and begins to walk over to the exit where The Butcher is standing. ]-
The Butcher: Ready to go? Tomorrow Man: Sure.
-[ Cody and Nikki make their way over to the exit to leave. The Butcher notices remnants of a small tear on Nikkis face. She never knew Steve but it doesnt matter to her and that it why The Butcher loves her to death. Shes a proud, strong lioness on the outside and an innocent, fun loving kitten on the inside. Hes met girls like her before but shes always stood out from the rest. He wraps his hands around her head, wipes the small tear away with his thumb, and then kisses her. The Butchers actions burns Cody up inside so he turns to Tomorrow Man and give him a hand shake. Tomorrow Man just nervously shakes back, wondering why Cody is acting so strange. ]-
The Butcher: Weve got to go before we fall too far behind the hearse.
-[ They all nod in agreement and exit the church, only to find that the line of cars probably exceeds 2 miles. The Butcher throws on a pair of black sunglasses and leads his family to the car. As they all get inside and The Butcher drives up to be one of the last cars in line, he keeps his eyes on Cody through the mirror on the windshield. Cody just sits behind Nikki, staring out the window at nothing in particular due to his mind wondering off into all sorts of things. As time slowly ticks life away, they finally reach the cemetery where T-Dogg is to be buried. Most of the large mass that knew T-Dogg stands around the burial plot and watches as the casket is lowered into the ground. The priest says one last prayer and direct family members begins to place some soil on top of the casket. At this time the great mass scatters, never to be brought together again. As everyone drives away there is only one person that remainsGrunge. He kicks a little dirt into the hole where his friend remains and places his hands in his pants pockets. He just stares at the hole with regret and sorrow in his face because nothing can ever bring his friend back. The Butcher, Nikki, Cody and Tomorrow Man all just sit in the car staring at him until Cody and Tomorrow Man get out. They walk over to their long time friend and stare down into the hole with him. ]-
Tomorrow Man: Need a ride?
-[ No response. Grunge just continues to stare into the hole but a small smile comes over his face. ]-
Grunge: You remember the time when we all went to Mosleys Bar on New Years Eve 2000? Cody: Yeah, the time when I tried to hook T-Man up with that girl.
-[ Grunge and Cody laugh but Tomorrow Man just tries to ignore them. ]-
Grunge: Yeah, she didnt seem so interesting in T-Man but she was interested in you, bro. I remember when that clock struck 12 and the new year rang in. The girl jumped on your lap and gave you a nice kiss. Cody: It was all cool until her fat ass biker boyfriend showed up. Grunge: Yeah, I swear you were slipping her some tongue when the guy came over and ripped you off the stool so fast your tongue was still hanging out. The man shook you like there was no tomorrow and then slid you across the bar.
-[ Cody and Grunge laugh again. ]-
Cody: I knocked down everyones beers and they got pissed at me. One took a swing at me but I ducked and he knocked out the Grunge: Bartender! I laughed my ass off as the skinny bartenders face swelled up before he hit the floor! And thats when I got hit the head with a pool stick. I swear to fuckin God that bastard had no muscle in his arms. Cody: Damn guy had to weigh 120 at the most. You picked the poor boy up and played a round of pool with the guys head. Grunge: I lost too cause when I punched the dumb ass onto the table, the 8-ball when down one of the pockets. Then things got really out of control because I ruined a game people were betting on! Cody: And as were ducking punches and stools being thrown, what do we find? Grunge: T-Dogg and T-Man just sitting back, watching the action like they were watching TV! Tomorrow Man: The fight was pretty stupid.
-[ Cody and Grunge both shake their heads and say nah. ]-
Grunge: Anyway, one of the drunks went to get T-Dogg into the fight. But before the guy could throw a punch T-Dogg stopped him and put on a pair of glasses and said, You wouldnt hit a man with glasses now would ya? The guy hit em anyway and broke his New Years glasses! Ha! T-Dogg went nuts and literally shoved the broken glasses up the guys ass! He laughed his ass off and grabbed that girl you kissed and gave her so much tongue she was choking! Tomorrow Man: Then the police came. Cody: Yeah but T-Dogg started singing that New Years song and the whole bar broke out into it! Grunge: So the cops left! I couldnt believe it! We then shot pool with everyone til 4 AM. That was one of the best damn New Years parties in my life. I just couldnt believe singing a song so off tune would make the cops go away! Pure genius on Ts part. Cody: Sure was.
-[ They all stop their commotion and just stare down into the hole. Only a small portion of the casket can be seen but its still quite disturbing to them all knowing that their friend is down in there, gone. ]-
Grunge: You know, its never going to be the same. Going on the road. Touring the many federations out there in the world. It will never be fun anymore.
-[ Cody and Tomorrow Man agree with the thought but dont say a word. Nothing is said for quite some time so Cody looks back at the car to see what Butch and Nikki are doing. They are naturally talking to each other and it sickens Cody. Hes happy for their relationship but he detests the thought of the woman he loves being with someone else. So he turns away and says something to break the silence. ]-
Cody: Its going to be extremely tough to remain focused with T-Dogg passing away so sudden. Grunge: Yeah, well we always knew how to throw a wrench in your plans, boys. Tomorrow Man: But you know what? We can take Bronx and Brooklyn. Were going into this match as prepared like this was a shot at a pay-per-view. We never won those titles back at 2 Days of Hell. Technically, we did but we dont care. We havent set our eyes on those straps since the day we won them. We dont even have them in our possession. Cody: Yeah, Butch left them at the gfwa OMEGA Headquarters like they were a vacant title. We dont want them if were going to win with help we never wanted. I dont give a damn who Ricky Hunter said helped us. It was him. You can see it in his eyes. He was surprised as hell to hear we were gunnin for him. He never expected something like this. Now hes got The Manhattan Project and A Tendency 2 Start Fires wanting a piece of his monkey loving ass. Grunge: Well at least the four of you guys can say you agree on one subject.
-[ Cody laughs with Grunge. ]-
Cody: You can say that again, partner. Were gaining more respect for Bronx and Brooklyn each and every time we face them. Sure, theyre egomaniacs but Ive got to hand it to them. They back up their words unlike some people in this business. Theyre the real deal even if Danger pretty much handed them the titles. Tomorrow Man: All I know is its going to be one hell of an atmosphere when the main event comes. This is going to be round two of our many bouts with Bronx and Brooklyn and I hope the matches just get better and better. Cody: Grunge, man, were going to walk out of global TV with those titles and this time its going to be the real thing this time. T-Doggs death may put us down emotionally but mentally we know we have to do this. We have to win this for him because his time was too short. You two had a lot of Tag Team gold coming your way but it was taken from you. Thats why weve got to do this. Weve got to win it for the legends that will never have another shot. We hope to have many more chances to rack up gold but we cant worry about the future right now. We were the champs from the past but that doesnt mean were old and were going to quit. Our time is now because it never ended and will never end until we give up. Winning those title the way we want to this Sunday will continue what we started back in 99. In the name of Steven Evans we WILL walk out GHC Tag Team Champions.
-[ More silence begins again but this time it is broken by Tomorrow Man. ]-
Tomorrow Man: Once again, do you need a ride, Grunge? Grunge: Yeah. Just give me a minute. Tomorrow Man: Sure thing. Come on, Cody. Give the man a minute.
-[ Cody and Tomorrow Man make their way back to the car where The Butcher and Nikki end their conversation and wait for their friends to get to the car. Grunge just continues to stand over the grave of his friend and thinks to himself. A small smirk comes over his face and he laughs quietly to himself. He kicks a little more dirt into the hole as the gravedigger walks up to him with his shovel in hand. Surprisingly, its the same man thats been following The Butcher and his friends around for the past couple weeks. ]-
Gravedigger: Stop making my job look easy.
-[ Grunge looks up at the smiling man and he gives one back. Grunge walks away towards the car as the man begins to bury his friend in the ground. ]-
