Orgy news: December 2002.
In the latest Twistered magazine there is a live picture of Jay. (I've seen it before but I'm not sure exactly where it was taken.) "Orgy are another band making a long overdue return to Twistered and I'm sure we are making many people ..... very happy to see them back" They are also adding a 'letters/art page' and I will be sending them something to advertise Orgy!

Orgy news: November 2002.
Things that I found in a search of Orgy and Australia.
Jay Gordon did some work on the new Pacifier album (used to be Shihad, who I've seen and met.) It didn't say what exactly Mr Gordon had done on the disc.
Also in July '02 Nikki Sixx (motley crew) worked with Drowning Pool and Orgy. It didn't specify if they are/were separate projects.
Mr Ryan Shuck has recently done a interview with Orange County Weekly.
It doesn't mention anything about replacements or release dates. But it's still something nice to read.
Did anyone else forget that Mr Paige Haley is/has doing some musical work with Mike Cox? Well I did and I think it adds to another reason why Mike Cox could be Orgy's new drummer.
I found something that if it's genuine has left me gasping for air. If you haven't seen what it is, too bad I'm not telling you!
Good news finally, I found
at www.leadingedgemusic.com.au Opticon by Orgy. I thought that Orgy hadn't released any singles in Australia. The release date is 24 April 2002, (maybe they saw my letter in Kerrang! Magazine?) I tried to order it over the internet but I can't so I'll have to go instore tomorrow to order it. I have always looked at this site for cds that I couldn't find. I haven't looked there since early this year so the date could be real. The label that "Opticon" is released through is NWK. If anyone knows anything about NWK can you please email me. Thank You!

Orgy news: October 2002.
Bobby Hewitt has quit ORGY!! It's been confirmed. A lot of people have been saying that he had quit only a few days ago but not a official word had been spoken. Now there has.
Good luck for the future to Bobby Hewitt and Snake River Conspiracy.
Orgy can only get stronger!!
The Official press release from Bobby can be found
HERE.
I got it from the press release found at www.vaportransmission.com
Mr Jay Gordon is now a SOLO artist, in a Trent Reznor (not Justin Timberlake) kind of way. His SOLO release (with special guests) is about half finished. It should be finished soon, he's doing it in fast forward 6 - 10 weeks. I'm not sure if that's a finished recording or finished as in released.
I don't believe there will be a Australian release of this material, but stranger things have happened.
All other members of Orgy are doing their own things at the moment (coz the Orgy train has been caught up at a station). But we already knew all that.
Mr Bobby Hewitt (Orgy drummer) is now also known as Mr Bobby Hewitt Drummer of Snake River Conspiracy. Now we have to remember him as two people.
I have finally cracked the code to the Korn DVD. And well when I found the 2 lots of Orgy footage on it I could have died. I went, let me just say "I've been Orgy brainwashed". Orgy could kill animals and eat children and I'd still feel the same way towards them. (But if I got to meet them I'd run far away.) The footage would probably add up to about 15 seconds but I'm not really sure. I didn't take much notice on what they said or how long they were on the TV for. (I'm hopeless.)
It's really bad when a update becomes a "look it's a mentioning" but today I found the Twistered magazine Diary and it has 3 Orgy birthdays in it. They have nearly almost had a Orgy poster in each edition.

No new Orgy album out yet, but it's about 3/4 done.
The DVD: no one knows anything new about that but it does seem to exist.
Orgy have finally gotten out of their horrible deal with Warner Bros. That's what has taken most of the time away from the album's completion. Bad Warner Bros.
Jay's been really busy with his Division 1 label. (I wonder if Orgy's 3rd album will be released through it?) All the other members are each doing their own thing.

The newest Orgy related music is not even Orgy but it does feature vocalist Jay Gordon singing on the soundtrack for the movie Queen Of The Damned. The songs title is Slept So Long.  The S/track was released in American stores on February 19, 2002.

Orgy are in the studio recording album number 3. There is no news, only spectulation on when it will be released. It is said to be in May 2002. The DVD also doesn't have any release date but it is speculated that it will be released around 2 months before the cd is.
All the past news that is atleast slightly related about the guys from Orgy.
