I put this section here for those of us who rush by the instructions
screen,
or just forgot how to do Zero's special moves. Well, here they
are.
I have also listed who you must defeat to get that ability under
that ability.

Jet Stingray
Dash in mid-air.
Hyouretsuzan
Frost Walrus
Push the Ultimate Technique button (T) and down while in mid-air.
Activated an ice dive attack.
Kuuenbu
Split Mushroom
Jump in mid-air. Can not be used more than once at a time, or after
a mid-air dash or a jump executed with the dash button (C).
Also, performs somersault sword attack in mid-air when you push
the
attack button while in mid-air.
Rakuhouha
Cyber Peacock
Push your Giga Attack button (R2) to shoot energy shots all around
you.
Charges up when you are damaged and when you get energy capsules.
Raijingeki
Web Spider
Push your Ultimate Technique button (T) while standing on the ground
to
perform a lightning attack.
Ryuenjin
Magma Dragoon
Push U+T (Up+Ultimate Technique) to perform a fire punch attack.
Shipuuga
Slash Beast
Push the Ultimate Technique button (T) while dashing. Performes
a slash
attack that can break through some rocks and blue crates.
Tenkuuha
Storm Owl
This is an enhanced Z-saber that can cut through certain energy
shots.
No special attacks included.
