Jello Man or Double
What really works well against him is Double Cyclone. It takes off
quite a bit more health than other attacks. It works even betterif you
happen to have the arm upgrade.
In this fight, you will appreciate the Helmet. Without it you might
run out of energy for your Double Cyclone fairly quickly.
