Large Plate block lots(over 10 plate blocks in a lot)-will be noted on the lot.
Shipments to Canada must add 1.00 to total.
Shipping can be combined with ebay, stampwants.com or yahoo auctions lots paid and shipped at the same time: just add as additional lots to the ebay, stampwants or yahoo shipping total.
Insurance: Optional insurance is available starting at 2.35 for the first 100.00.
Condition: All items will be F/VF or better, Never Hinged, unless stated otherwise. Many of our items are only available in very fine condition, and that will be sent. If you require VF only, please ask for a quote. If you do not require NH, we can usually offer lower prices on hinged, subject to availability.
Plate numbers: On Scott #772 and after, we will attempt to fill your number or position requests to the best of our ability.
Premium plate numbers: when available pricing of most items will be 70% to 100% of Durland, depending on the item.

We will give you return instructions and cheerfully refund the purchase price upon its safe return. Items must be returned with original packaging in the same condition as shipped. We will refund your postage only if we have materially misdescribed the item. Please obtain a receipt for mailing, such as a receipt for your postage showing the destination zip code, which is free at any post office. We are not responsible for uninsured damage or loss in transit.
