Step 1:
Set Your Brush settings to these settings and draw the outline of your hair on a seperate layer.

This is what your hair thickness and opacity should look like:

Step 2:
Please set your settings to the following:

and color in the empty spaces ith your opaque brush. this is what it should look like:

Step 3:
Please adjust your settings to the following:

This is where you fill in the opaaqued areas with hard highlites. use all teh shades u want, in the scheme ur using, heck u can even use those that arent as long as they are similiar, that gives it a more realistic look. make sure you follow the contour of the hair. add a few stray strands too. this is what it should look like:

Final Step:
Highlighting can be done 2 ways here. if you continue with the strand method which is what we've been doing, all you'll need to do is pick out lighter shades of ur color scheme and draw them in. piece of cake. it looks liek this


However, if your not happy with this method and dont liek the way it looks, thers another finishing/highlighting method. Again youll need to pick out lighter colors but start iwth the DARKEST of the light shades first. and horizontally draw highlights ACROSS the hair. contineu the process with the lighter shades. it should look lie this:
