October 1st, 1997 was the day when one of the greatest legacies of Plast was to begin. Now, nearly 5 years later, the Sea Monkeys still thriving. Although rough times have been faced and overcome, the group still is functioning with the same integrity, strength, and power it did at the start. Give us some time to put more Ukrainian up on the site. We'll work on it. :) Supplementary: December 23rd Looks like Ukrainian lettering doesn't work on Geocities. Sorry. In other news, the Sea Monkeys are ready to take another stab at the Toronto Plast Film Festival. We already have a script drafted and have secured a new studio. This new film will be our most ambitious project yet. We hope to have a trailer of the film on our site in mid February. Stay tuned. -Andrew December 23rd 2002 ????????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????? ------ Just a test.----- -Andrew Second in Command August 24th, 2002 It's been a while since I updated the Sea Monkey News, so I figure that I may as well do it before everyone's back in school and everything. The Sea Monkeys recently returned from the 2002 Stanichnayj Tabir. It was a very eventful tabir which saw many biking trips, the exploration of the Warsaw caves, a miniture Eco-Challenge as well as a variety of other events. The pictures from the camp are still being developed, and once they are, I will put them up on the site. For this upcoming year, the Sea Monkeys have a lot planned. Most of it will be a surprise, but you can expect a grand year. We will try to fill the shoes of some of the great groups which left last year. We'll keep you updated. - Andrew Second in Command |
