We at Plasmatron-7 Productions are dedicated to bringing our clients technical innovation and aesthetic distinctiveness efficiently and at a reasonable cost. At Plasmatron-7, we do NOT ascribe to the notion that "going digital" is necessarily a move to mediocrity. While many production companies use the consistency of digital algorithms as a shortcut to a formulaic sound that, while it may be "acceptable" for a wide range of applications, ultimately lacks distinctiveness and character, at Plasmatron-7 we utilize the flexibility of digital audio and video to break new ground in custom looks and sounds for our projects.
Studio Overview:
The Plasmatron-7 Studio is a digital editing/mastering studio with limited small-group recording capabilities, at the heart of which is the Macintosh G4 and Digidesign's world-renowned ProTools audio platform whose support of a simply massive array of software synthesizers and digital signal processors (DSP) plugins gives us a nearly unlimited range of options when tailoring audio to suit our clients' specifications. Also, though the video workstation is still in a developmental phase, the Plasmatron-7 Studio is equipped for some video image editing in ProTools and in Avid DV (please contact us for specific capabilities)
