| Since 1994, Pastry Chef Kimberly Allison has been proud to offer beautiful, decadent and delicious custom made cakes in the Jackson, Mississippi area. Chef Kim specializes in Wedding and Groom�s cakes. She is a graduate of CHIC (The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago) and apprenticed for one of the top 10 Pastry Chefs in the U.S., Executive Pastry Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer. |
