0411.01 Underground City Underground City is the new forum for discussion of (the steady decline in) the Sacramento and Northern California Music Scene. We've got bands, bands and more bands -- but where are the fans at, eh? Without people to watch and enjoy the music the venues who offer an oppurtunity for live music will not survive, and neither will the bands. Once a month (or so) a new column highlighting yet another failing within the scene to properly support the bands and music will be highlighted, exposed and verbally vivisected. No cows will be sacred. So, stop by and check it out for yourself, or even submit your own comments or opinions on what's wrong (and RIGHT) with the scene. You see - dissections can be FUN too, eh?
